We’re looking for an experienced consultant who thrives on working directly with clients, shaping solutions, and delivering meaningful change. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead projects, build trusted relationships, and help organisations turn ideas into practical outcomes.
How you'll make an impact
- Lead client engagements across AI, digital, and workforce transformation projects.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and act as a reliable point of contact.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to uncover challenges and identify opportunities.
- Help organisations understand how AI can improve productivity, decision-making, and employee experience.
- Identify and assess opportunities in AI, automation, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Create high-quality deliverables, including strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Contribute to sales activities, proposals, and client pitches.
- Support the development of new methodologies and assets for the practice.
- Coach colleagues to build confidence and capability in AI-related topics.
About you
We’re looking for someone who combines strong consulting skills with practical experience in digital and AI transformation. You’ll likely have experience in consulting, workforce transformation, employee experience, HR transformation, or digital transformation.
You’ll bring:
- Significant experience delivering client-facing transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of workforce, employee experience, or HR transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience working with senior business leaders and decision-makers.
- The ability to manage workstreams independently and maintain momentum.
- Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting proposals or business development.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and a passion for responsible AI adoption.
You’ll also have a strong understanding of AI and digital transformation, with knowledge in areas such as:
- Generative AI and large language models.
- AI-enabled workplace tools like Microsoft Copilot.
- Intelligent automation and workflow transformation.
- Predictive analytics and data-led decision-making.
- AI governance and responsible adoption.
