Key Account Manager Oncology
Region: Central Switzerland (Basel, Aargau, Bern, Solothurn, Luzern & Zug)

Position Summary
As Key Account Manager Oncology you will manage the central sales region, covering Basel, Aargau, Bern, Solothurn, Luzern and Zug. You will build strategic partnerships with key healthcare professionals, promote the appropriate use of GSK’s oncology products, and execute insight-driven account plans and work with medical and commercial teams to improve patient care.

Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Promote GSKs approved oncology products for treatment of solid tumors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncology and gynecology specialists and institutional decision-makers.
- Develop and run strategic account plans that align customer needs with clinical and service value.
- Deliver clear, accurate scientific and clinical information in person and through digital channels.
- Collaborate with medical affairs, marketing and commercial colleagues to support local initiatives.
- Monitor regional performance, customer feedback and competitor activity to inform tactics.
- Maintain strong understanding of oncology indications, treatment pathways, clinical data and guidelines.
- Keep accurate records and work within regulatory and company compliance standards.

We are looking for a candidate who is motivated to make a difference in oncology care. This role is hybrid, with regular field work across Switzerland and office time as agreed with the line manager.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, nursing, or related field, or equivalent clinical training.
- Strong ability to discuss clinical and scientific data with healthcare professionals.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong analytics skills and experience turning data into actions.
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems to manage customer engagement and reporting.
- Comfortable presenting to small groups and leading strategic account meetings.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
- Knowledge of Swiss hospital purchasing, reimbursement, and formularies.
- Experience in key account management, hospital sales, or commercial roles in healthcare.
- Experience in oncology or hematology therapeutic areas.
- Proven track record building relationships with specialist clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
- Experience working in a matrix organisation and collaborating with medical affairs.
