EisnerAmper is seeking an AI Manager who will play a key role in the development and implementation of the EisnerAI Platform, supporting the technical architecture that powers EisnerAmper's intelligent solutions across tax, audit, outsourcing, and advisory services. This role will contribute to delivering innovative AI solutions and lead a team of developers and engineers to help advance our vision of becoming an industry-leading AI-powered professional services firm.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

• Support the integration across the platform's Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents, and Application layers.

• Contribute to model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization for custom LLMs and AI agents.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers working on the EisnerAI Agent Workforce.

• Collaborate with senior architects and stakeholders to design and implement scalable AI solutions.

• Design and develop agentic frameworks supporting initiation, execution, state management, logging, and error handling.

• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and responsible AI practices.

• Participate in technical reviews, code reviews, and solution design discussions.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.

• Master’s degree preferred (Computer Science, AI/ML, or MBA with technical focus).

• 6+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in AI/ML solution architecture or technical leadership role.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale solutions.

• Experience leading small to mid-sized technical teams or managing project deliverables.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and the broader Azure AI services ecosystem.

• Proven experience with Azure OpenAI Service, including GPT models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.

• Experience implementing Azure AI Search, including vector search, semantic search, and knowledge mining use cases.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data engineering and machine learning model development.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL.

• Strong understanding of AI solution design principles and enterprise application integration.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Azure Machine Learning, including MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services, such as Document Intelligence, Language Understanding, and Computer Vision.

• Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.

• Exposure to vector databases such as Azure Cosmos DB, Pinecone, or Weaviate.

• Experience with DevOps and MLOps practices, including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
