In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Controller .

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

 

JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and audits
• Manage the cash flow and treasury functions of the organization
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and monitor budgets and financial plans
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and accuracy
• Support the goals and mission of MCR Health
• Adhere to the safety policies and procedures of MCR Health
• Perform month-end close
• Perform other duties as assigned
