Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end programme management of the Asia Talent Readiness initiative, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, milestones, risks and success measures.

  • Support talent and organizational analytics, consolidating data and insights to inform leadership discussions, succession planning and strategic workforce decisions.

  • Coordinate communications and change management activities, helping drive stakeholder engagement, adoption and alignment throughout the programme lifecycle.

  • Continuously improve programme effectiveness, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen governance and enhance execution excellence.

  • Play lead role in scaling the Talent Readiness approach to create a Product we can scale through the Plan 30 Strategy deployment process at the end of 2026 and into 2027.
