Description
Personal Lines Insurance Producer
Established agency seeking a detail-oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of personal lines insurance coverage. Agency offers a collaborative environment centered around work/life balance. Professional and personal growth is highly encouraged. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handling inside Personal Lines New Business Requests
- Marketing new business accounts for producers
- Marketing larger renewal account for account executives
- Meeting with carrier Marketing Reps
- General outside sales & networking tasks
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Understanding of carrier appetite
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to support sales and drive agency revenue.
- Ability to problem solve
- Experience working in an independent brokerage setting
- Must carry an active P&C license
