Overview

Atomic 212° is looking for an experienced Group Account Director to join the team and lead key client partnerships, commercial growth and integrated media outcomes.

 

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can bring together strategy, data, analytics, trading, performance and specialist teams to deliver smarter, insight-led solutions for clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead senior client relationships and position the agency as a trusted strategic partner• Set the strategic direction across key accounts• Bring together strategy, data, trading and performance teams• Turn data and insights into clear, commercially focused recommendations• Drive client satisfaction, retention and account growth• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support commercial forecasting• Lead integrated responses, pitches and senior client presentations• Manage escalations calmly and proactively• Coach and develop client leadership teams• Improve processes, workflows and ways of working across accounts

What we’re looking for:

• Significant experience across media, marketing or communications• Senior client leadership experience at GBD, BD or GAD level• Strong knowledge of integrated and cross-channel media• Proven commercial acumen across scope, margin and forecasting• Excellent relationship management and communication skills• Confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams• Familiarity with media research, planning and buying tools
