What Are We Looking For?

Pre-Construction

• Attend weekly estimation meeting and record status of estimation activity.
• Facilitate contract routing and review process.
• Attend turn-over meeting and file records.
• Set up folder structure in company drive.
• Track project permits.
• Work with Project Manager's in developing budgets.

Submittal and Document Management

• Review project specifications and ensuring contract specifications are adhered too.
• Prepare RFI’s, submittals and transmittals.
• Update submittal log and keep Project management abreast of status.
• Upload and maintain the most up to date drawing set, ensure clear communication of changes.
• Coordinate logistics and material release schedules with Project Managers.
• Create Scope of Work and subcontractor agreements.
• Issue Purchase Orders.

Construction

• Monitor and inform Project MGT of PTO requests.
• Upload weekly safety toolbox talks.
• Actively participate in accident investigations.
• Monitor Daily reports and inform Project MGT of any issues.
• Timecard verifications for correct phases and job numbers.
• Collect meeting minutes and update job folders.
• Assist Project Manager with Claims handling.

Post Construction

• As Built Management.
• Warranty management.
• Service contract offerings.
• Schedule and participate in lessons learned meetings and continuous improvement activity.

Requirements

What Do We Want To See? 

• Completion of or current enrollment in a degree program in Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience as a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role within a construction environment.
• Alternatively, three or more years of experience in a similar position or in a high-level administrative role may be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat.
