SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST

At Wilson-McShane we administer benefits for hardworking individuals in various trade unions. As a Support Services Specialist, you will be providing support to the office operations by answering a high volume of incoming calls, determining the purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or queues. Our Support Services Specialists also provide back-up to the front desk and have the opportunity to learn about all departments in the organization in order to get the members in touch with the appropriate department as quickly as possible.

There is also the opportunity to assist with faxing, copying, filing, data, spreadsheets and interoffice projects and documentation such as paper and electronic media. Our Support Services Specialists are critical to ensure that our members receive the service they deserve!

The schedule for this role is 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday with a 1-hour lunch. This is a non-exempt position with a compensation of $26.87 per hour and includes benefits such as the following:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following qualifications: 

• A minimum of 1-year related experience and/or training.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Office. 
• Basic understanding of printing/scanning hardware and software is a plus.
