The Opportunity

Infinity Natural Resources is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the day-to-day execution of our recruiting strategy — from a hiring manager's first job description through the new hire's first day of orientation. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers on process and best practices, and help build out our ATS to improve the experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Beyond recruiting, you'll take ownership of onboarding and a handful of key HR programs, giving you broad visibility across the function. Location

This is a hybrid role based out of our Canonsburg, PA office, with an expectation of three days per week on-site. Regular travel to our locations across West Virginia and Ohio is required to support in-person interviews with hiring teams. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for hiring managers kicking off a new search, partnering with them from job description creation through offer, and coaching them on recruitment process and best practices along the way
• Own full-cycle recruiting — requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management — across assigned business areas
• Partner directly with hiring managers across our WV, OH, and PA locations, traveling as needed to support in-person interviews
• Fully leverage ATS functionality to move candidates through the pipeline and produce accurate recruiting reporting and metrics
• Play a key role in building out and enhancing our ATS, improving the experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Own the onboarding process end to end, including conducting new hire orientations — extending beyond the typical recruiter handoff to HR
• Coordinate background checks and drug screenings for new hires
• Administer the company's Random DOT and safety-sensitive drug testing programs company-wide
• Maintain accurate compliance recordkeeping related to recruiting, screening, and testing programs
• Support employer branding and social recruiting efforts to strengthen our talent pipeline
• Manage campus recruiting initiatives
• Partner with the HR Team on additional HR projects as needed

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within oil & gas or another fast-growing, publicly traded environment
• Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, with the ability to use full system functionality to manage candidate pipelines and generate reporting; experience supporting an ATS build-out or optimization is a plus
• Experience owning or supporting new hire onboarding and orientation
• Familiarity with background check and drug/alcohol testing program administration; experience with DOT or safety-sensitive testing programs is a plus
• A genuine passion for talent acquisition, with an interest in growing your experience across other areas of HR over time
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to operate independently across multiple locations
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to WV and OH locations to support interviews
