Position Summary
Support daily US service parts operations, including material master maintenance, SAP setup, replenishment planning, purchasing coordination, PO tracking, shipment follow-up, and inventory monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the service parts master list and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date material master data in SAP.
- Review inventory, usage, back orders, open POs, safety stock, and MOQ to develop replenishment plans and forecasts.
- Submit purchase requests and follow open POs through factory shipment and warehouse receipt.
- Track shipment status and proactively escalate delays, shortages, and supply risks.
- Coordinate expedited shipments to support project delivery and service requirements.
- Monitor inventory availability, RMA backorders, and inbound receiving status.
- Coordinate with Procurement, factories, warehouses, commissioning/project teams, Finance, and Sales.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory, backorders, open POs, ETA, and receiving status.
- Support inventory reconciliation, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, material planning, inventory control, or service parts
- SAP, ERP, CRM experience
- Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Pay Range
