As a Senior Software Developer focused on design system engineering, you operate at the intersection of front-end engineering, product design, and platform enablement. You define and evolve the technical foundation of Caseware’s design system, building scalable Angular components, patterns, documentation, and adoption practices that help product teams deliver consistent, accessible, high-quality user experiences. You are a trusted technical partner who can translate design intent into reliable implementation, guide adoption across teams, and communicate clearly with product managers, designers, developers, and engineering leaders across the organization.
📍 Location: This is a fully remote position located in Colombia.
