Description

As we now scale our operations to deliver upon our contractual commitments, we aim to appoint a Senior Programme Manager to join our (newly created) New Part Introduction (NPI) team. Reporting to the Head of NPI, the SPM will be accountable for the design, development, deployment and continuous improvement of the processes, frameworks, and governance that underpin the NPI approach, ensuring disciplined, consistent, and data driven execution across the portfolio. This will include:
Owning the design, deployment, continuous improvement of core NPI processes and ensuring scalability, business alignment and integration into the IMS.
Creating the NPI data suite, ensuring a single source of truth for performance and ensuring alignment with SIOP, Planning & Control, and customer programme requirements
Driving governance excellence across Senior NPI programme managers and cross-functional teams reinforcing NPI risk management and process adherence
Ownership and maintenance of enterprise-level NPI risk management activities
We seek an experienced Programme Manager who, recognising that this role is the first of its kind in the nuclear sector, will embrace the challenge of creating best-in-class processes, governance, data, risk and assurance. Pragmatic, commercial, disciplined and eminently comfortable working across disciplines and functions, we really need you to must bring experience of;
NPI, industrialisation frameworks and highly regulated industries.
Design and delivery of processes, governance frameworks, data management, risk and assurance
Planning and programme management skills in a large, complex, ideally international

Location & Ways of Working
This role can be based from our Derby, Manchester or Warrington offices, with hybrid working and regular engagement with stakeholders and suppliers.

The salary for this role is £75,400 – £93,200 dependent on the skills, experience and values you bring. You’ll also receive:
Bonus: Up to 17% (performance related)
