Are you passionate about data, commercial strategy, and helping sales teams succeed?
We're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support our Latin America commercial organization by transforming data into actionable insights and helping execute key commercial initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, creating impactful presentations, analyzing business performance, and supporting strategic projects.
In this role, you'll collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Finance, and other business partners to ensure commercial initiatives are well organized, effectively communicated, and successfully executed across the region.

What You'll Do
- Support the execution and tracking of commercial initiatives across different sales channels throughout Latin America.
- Maintain and update monthly commercial activity plans to ensure all stakeholders have the latest information.
- Prepare professional presentations, dashboards, and business review materials for leadership meetings and customer discussions.
- Analyze sales information and develop reports that help identify business opportunities and improve decision-making.
- Create standardized presentation templates and commercial materials for customer meetings.
- Support post-project reviews by tracking results, documenting key learnings, and sharing insights with commercial teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor commercial activities and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Help identify customer or business issues, track their progress, and coordinate with the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Support budget tracking and reconciliation of commercial expenses.
- Assist in improving reporting processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency through data analysis and automation.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree (completed) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Up to 2 years of professional experience through internships, trainee programs, or full-time roles in commercial, finance, analytics, or business support functions.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Preferred Technical Skills
Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
PowerPoint
Microsoft Outlook
Power BI
Basic knowledge of Python is a plus
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
