What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, strength, coordination, and independence
- Monitor progress and communicate patient status with the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and home safety
- Complete accurate electronic documentation
- Contribute to exceptional patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care
Qualifications
- Current Missouri Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
