In this role, you will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid social ad campaigns (primarily LinkedIn and Meta), manage brand engagement across external platforms, and nurture our network of nonprofit advocates. In addition to social media and online community platforms, you will work within Wrike for cross-functional project management and leverage HubSpot for campaign alignment, lead tracking, and lifecycle marketing.

- Own the editorial calendar on Sprinklr and internal submission requests by drafting compelling, mission-driven social copy and coordinating multimedia creative (carousels, short-form video, graphics, and infographics) for campaigns, product launches, events, and programs.
- Manage our recurring LinkedIn newsletter and thought leadership series to drive subscriber growth and recurring engagement.
2. Paid Social Advertising
- Plan, launch, test, and optimize multi-national paid social ad campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager to drive lead generation, catalog traffic, and org registrations.
- Continuously optimize targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and creative assets to maximize ROAS and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Collaborate with the marketing team on UTM tracking, pixel management, and audience targeting frameworks.
3. Online Community Management
- Monitor daily discussions, mentions, and direct messages across all channels, responding promptly to maintain high community trust and support.
- Proactively participate in relevant external online communities, nonprofit forums, and B2B groups to position TechSoup as a trusted partner.
- Identify, nurture, and engage top community contributors to encourage peer-to-peer discussions, user-generated content, and story sharing.
4. Project Workflow & Performance Reporting
- Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, intake requests, and content schedules in Wrike to ensure timely execution and reporting.
- Utilize HubSpot to align social campaigns with broader marketing workflows, track lead generation, and evaluate campaign attribution.
- Measure, analyze, and report performance across organic and paid social channels.
- Compile community highlights and insights (top-performing posts, sentiment trends, emerging community needs) to inform broader marketing decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities (experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or the nonprofit/social impact sector preferred).
- Project Management: Demonstrated hands-on experience using Wrike (or equivalent enterprise project management software) to manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
