Job Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst Co-op will work closely to support process development, data collection and reporting initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in building dashboards, analyzing datasets and implementing automation solutions, providing exposure to the full scope of Supply Chain operations from Product Lifecycle Management to Raw Materials, Production Planning, Distribution, Internal Logistics, Transportation and Environmental Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to define KPIs, establish data collection methodologies and improve data quality
• Understand stakeholder requirements, identify pain points and deliver actionable insights
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for clear and concise data visualization
• Support process automation using tools such as Power Query, macros and AI, and assist with implementing new features in collaboration with IT
• Perform ad hoc analysis across various Supply Chain function

Key Qualifications

• Currently pursuing post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance or International Business
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge or experience with SAP and Microsoft Power BI is an asset
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, financial data and project management
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
