Your Team, Your Impact

Reliability Engineering is core part of the Marvell Quality organization and focuses on qualification, reliability testing, supplier enablement and risk analysis of cutting edge products across all of Marvell’s business units.

What You Can Expect

• Work with BU, Technology and Operations team to plan NPI and sustaining product qualification.

• Engage with service suppliers for hardware development and stress test execution.

• Analyze stress results and failures to evaluate product reliability and drive improvement.

• Summarize project findings and results into final qualification reports.

What We're Looking For

• Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Applied Physics or related fields.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Self-driven, curious and eager to learn

• Strong Organization and Problem-solving skills

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

22 - 43, $ per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
