Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
This hybrid role offers flexibility, with team members typically working two to three days per week from the Raleigh or Cary office.
How You'll Make an Impact

Lead technical engineering activities and deliver high-quality designs on schedule and within budget.
Collaborate with electrical lead engineers and cross-functional teams to execute complex projects.
Support testing, installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Engage with customers, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver effective engineering solutions.
Your Background
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
7+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience, or advanced education combined with related industry experience.
Hands-on experience with ETAP or similar electrical system modeling and simulation tools such as SKM or Aspen.
Strong knowledge of low-voltage and medium-voltage systems, including AC/DC distribution, cable sizing, battery systems, and protection coordination.
Experience with NEC, ANSI, and IEEE standards and electrical engineering best practices.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
