Description
Process and Quotation Management
- Identify and organize the necessary resources for the costing and quotation process for Spare & Wear Parts.
- Establish priorities during the costing and quotation processes.
- Directly manage the response, follow-up, and status updates in the ERP system for Regular Opex Opportunities, from reception to obtaining the Purchase Order (PO).
- Ensure the timely delivery of client-requested proposals through portals or email.
- Monitor the continuous update of required information in the ERP system to guarantee accurate quotation issuance.
- Ensure the proper registration of POs in the Microsiga system, including creating the corresponding shared folders.
