The Position
Unlock your potential with an exciting opportunity as an Intern in the Molecular Lab PCR Pre-Analytics department within our Global Customer Support organization. The Opportunity
As an Intern in the GCS Mol Labs PCR Pre-Analytics department, you will contribute to our Global Customer Support organization and assist in providing exceptional technical services and impactful solutions.
Join a collaborative and dynamic environment where your support will aid critical diagnostic innovations. Your key responsibilities include:
Support the team by contributing to various tasks and collaborative projects.
Develop engaging content for product documentation and training material, including procedures, spare parts imagery and how-to videos.
Create instructional videos and other digital media to enhance product documentation and training material.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in content.
Who You Are:
You are eager to kickstart your career by applying your knowledge in a dynamic and innovative working environment. With a passion for healthcare and a proactive mindset, you are ready to make meaningful contributions while growing both personally and professionally.
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Medical Technology, or you have graduated within the last 12 months prior to your start date.
You are a quick learner who thrives in proactive and dynamic settings.
You are reliable, self-driven, and bring a team-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer needs and achieving results.
You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating in an international and diverse environment.
You are fluent in English (German skills are a plus).

Additional Information:
Please note, due to regulations, non-EU/EFTA citizens must provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application documents, and must be continuously enrolled in their university for the whole duration of this internship.
Duration: 6-12 months.
This role can be offered on a part-time basis (80% -100%).
If required, it is possible to write a thesis during the internship.
