As a Research Analyst at Indian River State College, you will play a key role in helping the College understand trends, measure outcomes, and make data-informed decisions that support student achievement and institutional effectiveness. Through data analysis, reporting, visualization, and research, you will provide valuable information that guides planning, accreditation efforts, state reporting, and operational improvements. This position is ideal for a highly analytical professional who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

JOB SUMMARY:
Under general direction, this position collects and analyzes data, and compiles information into a final form for presentation or submission; fielding data requests and produces annual reports; developing, maintaining, and querying databases or dashboards; researching to compile data covering a variety of subject areas including student, staff, and community data; completes and submits state reporting data, works alongside subject matter experts and adheres to deadlines, data governance standards, privacy regulations, and institutional definitions.
