The Financial Analyst role is part of a small, highly visible team, responsible for analytics, reporting, forecasting / budgeting, and business cases. The role provides an opportunity to gain experience and learn the business while building the foundation in financial planning and analysis.

Working closely with leaders across Finance and the business, the analyst will support decision-making, and contribute to ongoing efforts to simplify and improve finance processes through automation and technology.

How you will make contributions that matter...

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.

• Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Support the preparation of presentations and reporting materials for leadership.

• Participate in ad hoc analysis supporting strategic and operational decisions.

Data & Reporting

• Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.

• Maintain recurring reports and support ongoing reporting improvements.

• Assist in the development of dashboards and visualizations.

• Help improve data quality and consistency across FP&A processes.

Process Improvement & Technology

• Identify opportunities to simplify manual work and improve efficiency.

• Participate in automation and digital initiatives within Finance.

• Support the use of emerging technologies, including analytics and AI tools, to improve decision-making and productivity.

• Contribute to documenting and standardizing finance processes.

You are best suited for the role if you…

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Salary Range: $61,820 to $81,140

Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, skills, and training.
