Radiology & Imaging Manager

Are you a radiology professional who can read the room as well as a radiograph? Do you thrive on solving problems, supporting your team, improving workflows, and making sure every patient receives exceptional care?
We’re looking for a Radiology & Imaging Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our Radiology Department and take imaging excellence to the next level.
🩻 What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to leader helping our technologists and registrars succeed while partnering with radiologists, providers, hospital leaders, and other departments.
Your days may include:
- Leading daily Radiology & Imaging operations
- Supporting, coaching, and developing team members
- Building schedules that keep our department running smoothly
- Participating in hiring, onboarding, orientation, and evaluations
- Reviewing timecards, monitoring staffing, and supporting budget goals
- Standardizing imaging protocols and promoting consistent image quality
- Identifying opportunities to improve patient care and department efficiency
- Resolving problems and providing excellent service recovery when needed
- Supporting radiation safety and regulatory compliance
- Leading process-improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with providers, radiologists, and hospital leaders
- Helping optimize workflows through EPIC and Radiant
- Participating in committees and hospital-wide initiatives
In short: you’ll help keep the people, technology, and patient experience moving in the right direction.
⭐ What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines strong clinical experience with genuine leadership ability.
Required:
- 5+ years of radiology/imaging diagnostic experience
- Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners license
- ARRT Radiography certification
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support HeartSaver & First Aid certification
