Objetivo del Puesto:

Desarrollar, estandarizar y optimizar continuamente los procesos de manufactura para asegurar la máxima productividad, eficiencia y calidad a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Será responsable de liderar la implementación efectiva de cambios de ingeniería (ECN’s), proyectos de capital (CAPEX/EPM) y análisis de capacidad de planta, aplicando herramientas avanzadas de manufactura esbelta, solución de problemas y Core Tools para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad (EHS) y calidad (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001).

Aplicación de Core Tools y Control de Procesos:

• Desarrollar y actualizar Planes de Control, instrucciones de trabajo estándar y análisis de riesgos (AMEF / FMEA) para asegurar la estabilidad del proceso.
• Diseñar e implementar dispositivos a prueba de errores (Poka-Yokes) y controles de proceso en celdas de manufactura.
• Realizar análisis de Capacidad de Proceso (a largo plazo) y control estadístico (SPC / Minitab / Power BI) para seguimiento de variables críticas.

Solución de Problemas y Mejora Continua:

• Liderar análisis de causa raíz y optimización mediante herramientas avanzadas: DOE (Diseño de Experimentos), BPS, metodología A3 / A4 y gestión de SAC’s (Acciones Correctivas).
• Reducir desperdicios (scrap, tiempos muertos, no-valor agregado) e incrementar la eficiencia global operativa.

Lanzamientos, Corridas Piloto y Cambios de Ingeniería (ECN / APQP):

• Coordinar el seguimiento de Corridas Piloto y proyectos de capital (CAPEX / EPM).
• Evaluar, validar y ejecutar Cambios de Ingeniería (ECN’s) en piso y sistemas (Windchill/Oracle), asegurando la integridad del proceso.

Optimización de Procesos y Balanceo de Líneas:

• Calcular y validar Takt Time, definir tiempos estándar de ensamble (Routings) y balancear celdas de ensamble.
• Determinar requerimientos de personal (Headcount) alineados a planes de producción (SIOP/WCP).

Diseño de Estaciones y Cumplimiento Normativo:

• Diseñar fixturas, herramentales y estaciones de trabajo bajo estándares de ergonomía, seguridad (EHS) y control ESD.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento y soporte en auditorías de sistemas de gestión ISO 9001 e ISO 14001.
