Service Engineer

You will join China Sales team and base in Suzhou, your main responsibilities are:

• Act as the key technical contact for after-sales issues in Mining & Crane applications, collecting customer requirements, site conditions and service priorities.
• Provide on-site Installation Supervision & Guidance for application such as Motorized cable reel, festoon, drag chain etc., 　　　　
• Trouble shooting on site issues.
• Prepare complete service records, failure reports, photos, test data summaries and corrective action recommendations; ensure cases are tracked until closure.
• Coordinate with Sales, technical sales support, R&D, Quality, Production and Supply Chain to do further analysis of cable issue, define corrective/preventive actions and improve product/application performance.
• Site training to customer site user.　　　　　　　　
• Site HSE Management, follow all site HSE requirements and company safety rules during travel, field service, testing and customer site activities.　

Who we are looking for

• Electrical and related professional background.
• Low & medium voltage power distribution systems
• Cable layout, cable selection, cable tray & drag chain wiring specification
• Understanding of electrical drawings: schematic, wiring diagram etc.
• Site work safety management
• Site commissioning acceptance
• After-sales fault analysis & root cause analysis theory
• Technical document compilation standard (test report, service record)
