As a Business Performance Analyst, you will help shape commercial decisions by providing financial analysis, business insights and planning support across the Nordic business. Working closely with the Nordic Country business lead (Hospital business) and the Sales manager (Retail business) and their commercial team., you will play an important role in forecasting performance, monitoring profitability and supporting strategic planning.

This is a commercially focused analytics role suited to professionals with experience in business planning, financial analysis or commercial controlling. You will collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Commercial Analytics throughout the Nordic region and EMEA, helping transform complex data into meaningful insights that support business performance.

With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage revenue and gross profit reporting, including pricing trends, profitability analysis and commercial performance tracking.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting activities, ensuring accurate data preparation and timely submission in line with business planning cycles.
• Deliver detailed financial and commercial analyses that support informed decision-making, identify opportunities and help manage business risks.
• Prepare financial models and performance insights that contribute to strategic planning and long-term business objectives.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to establish realistic territory targets using commercial data, sales pipeline information, tender activity and pricing analysis.
• Produce sales, pricing and gross profit analyses, monitor commercial performance and support deal tracking activities.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations and performance updates for monthly business reviews with Nordic and EMEA leadership teams.
• Contribute to reporting improvement projects, support the development and testing of reporting tools, and promote continuous improvement across forecasting, budgeting and planning processes.

Preferred Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline, with a first experience in business analysis, commercial finance, business controlling or commercial analytics.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience interpreting large data sets and translating findings into practical business recommendations.
• Strong Excel skills and experience using business intelligence and planning tools.
• Solid understanding and application of data analytics tools and techniques coupled with experience in commercial forecasting, budgeting, planning and sales performance analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a large international organisation while managing multiple priorities independently.
• High level of flexibility and adaptability in changing and complex environments
