Warehouse Associate I
Full-Time • Non-Exempt • Onsite-San Bernadino, CA
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate I to join our warehouse distribution team. In this role, you will support all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and customer support activities. You will play a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer expectations.

What You'll Do
Warehouse Operations & Order Fulfillment
- Perform warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory audits, cycle counts, and general inventory management.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to accurately process inventory transactions.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against documentation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
- Move products efficiently between storage, staging, and loading areas.
Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Accuracy
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free from damage.
- Document and report all shipment discrepancies, shortages, and damages to leadership.
- Properly label, sort, wrap, pack, and repack products as required.
- Perform packing and crating activities for customer shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and auditing processes.
- Repair pallets and prepare materials for storage or shipment when necessary.
Material Handling & Equipment Operation
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Load, unload, move, stage, stack, and relocate products throughout the facility.
- Follow established procedures for material handling to ensure workplace safety and operational efficiency.
- Maintain equipment awareness and report any operational concerns.
What You Bring
Experience & Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience.
- Forklift experience required; certification is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Familiarity with inventory software, databases, and systems; SAP experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Work Style & Attributes

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- $19.00/hr-$21.00/hr
- 11 paid Holidays
