Qualifications & Compliance
- Must hold an active Class A CDL.
- 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 36 months.
- Successful completion of DOT physical and mandatory hair + urine drug screenings.
Earnings Profile & Company Perks
- Compensation: $0.61–$0.66 CPM + detention pay.
- Income Range: $1,350/wk average ($70,200/yr) | $1,620/wk top tier ($84,200/yr).

Operations, Schedule & Parking
- Lanes & Gear: CA to WA, OR, ID, NV, UT, AZ in automatic 53' dry vans (no cab microwaves/fridges).
- Conditions: Night driving, winter/snow driving (chain training provided), pork & alcohol transport.
- Home Time & Parking: 2 full days off every 10–14 days. Park at Colton Yard (under 50 miles) or secure home location (over 50 miles).
