Responsibilities
Complete KPI reporting on weekly and monthly basis. • Provide data supported recommendations to advance key business and financial objectives. • Leads investigations of performance and system issues. • Build and maintain documention related to functional area. • Trains new hires and supports other training activity. • Leads process improvement initiatives.
Experience
3+ years of related work experience. • Proven analytical acumen. • Experience in process documentation. • Supported onboarding of new staff and training material.
Knowledge & Skill
Has in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline or area.
Provides subject matter expertise across sub-units.
Has basic understanding of relationships that exist between all relevant groups within the company.
Has very clear understanding of roles within own area.

The base salary range for this position in is $80K-$100K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
