Job Description Summary
The Regional Director of Operations/VBC Performance Consultant is a senior leadership role enhancing the operational, clinical, and financial performance of multiple healthcare practices. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management to drive improvements in efficiency, patient outcomes, and financial success. The Director Performance Optimization also supports the organization’s overall integration efforts and any upcoming acquisitions across the organization. This role involves collaborating with leaders across the enterprise to align integration and operational strategies with the organization's objectives, ensuring that initiatives are executed efficiently and sustainably.
How will you make an impact & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Operational leadership: Understand how to effectively lead and manage multiple practice locations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence.
- Strategy & Design: Develop and implement strategies to optimize practice performance, focusing on value-based care initiatives.
- Financial performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and address inefficiencies.
- Quality & Compliance: Drive quality improvement, patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols, payer requirements, and federal/state regulations (including HIPAA).
- Growth & business development: Provides leadership and direction for integration and operational initiatives, workgroups, and cross functional teams.
- Operational Efficiency: Supports providers and practices' engagement initiatives that contribute to integration success and operational effectiveness.
- Process Improvement: Supports continuous improvement initiatives through performance tracking, reporting, and outcome measurement.
- Leadership Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with practice leadership and providers and foster open communication and collaborative efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare leadership, with a focus on performance optimization and value-based care.
- Proven experience managing P&L responsibilities and driving financial performance.

Compensation Range:
$77,417.00to
$116,126.00
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
