This role directs the reporting strategy, oversees a global team, and ensures the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of regulatory, operational, and product reporting. It acts as the central authority for data quality, controls, and insight generation that support senior decision making and operational stability. As the long-term owner of the reporting roadmap, this position provides continuity, protects institutional knowledge, and ensures alignment with enterprise data standards and governance expectations.

- Consolidate inputs, create the deck and run the monthly Vendor Financial Review (VFR) for APS&E non-personnel expense
- Organize deep dives to better understand current and future Vendor strategies for APS&E
- Create reports to provide ongoing insight to business stakeholders in making effective analytically driven strategic decisions
- Perform ad-hoc and in-depth analyses and reporting insights across various data including resources, financial, project allocation
- Drive initiatives to improve reporting capabilities and automate processes
Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading cross functional teams to manage infrastructure delivery, including initiatives within Application Production Services and Engineering. Key responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for application teams and working with Technology stakeholders, Service Providers, and the business to deliver the Infrastructure Portfolio. Job expectations may include oversight and management of programs, coordinating activities across functional teams, remediating or escalating issues, and ensuring funding levels are maintained for key technology strategies.
LOB Responsibilities:
- Oversees infrastructure delivery (scope, milestones, and capability) of the book of work and executes and monitors the progress of initiatives/projects to address roadblocks and issues proactively, including infrastructure impacted book of work and Technology Infrastructure (TI) strategic efforts
- Acts as a single point of contact for all technology stakeholder needs including network, storage, server, and TI supporting software and serves as a point of escalation for issues and defining plans to resolve and communicate those problems requiring further attention
- Reports on key metrics, prioritizes the work across the portfolio, and monitors the overall health of the portfolio
- Manages trusted relationships with the business and technology leaders and prepares a detailed portfolio level plan to agree on deliverables, including service levels and milestones
- Manages yearly and monthly initiative funding budget and allocations, providing financial transparency for Technology Cost of Application (TCOA) chargebacks, capital forecasting, initiative finances, and stale application volumes
- Communicates Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) strategies, services, and products to technology stakeholders, advocates for top priorities within CTI, and influences change effectively through strong partnerships
- Leads fellowship Communities of Practice (CPO) in the organization and across other delivery teams
Required Qualifications:
- The ability to adjust your communication style and technique to have the greatest impact on your audience, regardless of seniority or position within the firm
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, including a deep knowledge of MS Excel features and the ability to generate and produce high quality reports, analysis, and presentations
- Familiarity with CoPilot to assist in data analysis and presentation
- Effective time management and organizational skills, including the ability to assess multiple competing demands and reprioritize accordingly
- Apply intellectual curiosity and continual questioning to define root causes, timelines, responsible parties, and remediation plans
- Demonstrated comprehension of frameworks, processes, and policies
- Demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
Desired Qualifications
- BS Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Finance and other quantitative areas
- Experience with visualizations and dashboards such as PowerBI
- Experience in querying and manipulating technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to varied audiences and translating business objectives into actionable analyses
