An opportunity has become available for an experienced team player to join our Plovdiv-based finance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing activities related to the Account Payable function.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced team player to join our Plovdiv-based finance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing activities related to the Account Payable function.
Some of Your Responsibilities and Core Duties will include:
- Posting and paying supplier invoices, and employee expense reports
- Running supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing bank transaction postings
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Ensuring the relevant managers authorise invoices
- Processing ad-hoc payments (e.g. staff loans, payroll, tax, donations, etc.) within deadlines
- Actively taking part in the month-end process
- Ensuring compliance with the procedures and guidelines given by the Senior Accounts Payable Accountant and responding to ad hoc requests from the business
- Manage all information in a confidential manner
The Experience and Key Skills you will have:
- Suitable for university graduates in the field of Finance/Accounting
- No prior experience is required
- Good excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of competence in managing tasks and processes from start to finish
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- A dedicated team player with the ability to work independently
