As an ABM you will support the achievement of annual brand growth targets by executing effective marketing initiatives, delivering consumer-centric innovations, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand equity and business results
About You
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting Market Research and use consumer insights to build marketing plans that drive profitable brand growth.
- Assist in developing “Marketing Brand Plan” in light with the brand performance and knowledge understanding.
- Conduct “Trade Visits” in order to monitor product performance.
- Provide analysis of competitor’s pricing, positioning, and performance in the market.
- Responsibility for packaging development.
- Responsibility for marketing activities implementation.
- Work with the Advertising Agency to get their support and involvement with the creative aspects, media strategy, packaging, and promotion.
- Promotion and “Media Plan” evaluation.
- Consumer marketing budget tracking.
- Analyze sales data, Retail Audit, and brand Tracker to agree on future activities and strategies.
- Develop Internet Strategy in corporation with the assigned agency to achieve marketing objectives.

- Experience in data management & equipment knowledge.
Education & Trainings:
- BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or Mass Communication
- Fluency of English language
- Perfect working knowledge of MS Office
- 1-3 years of experience in Brand Management.
