Job Summary:**
As a Customer Experience Advisor at VXI Global Solutions. in Quezon City North Edsa, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer journey.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
* Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
* Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
* Identify and escalate trends in customer feedback to improve overall service quality.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality assurance guidelines.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
* Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
Job Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric attitude.
* Ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate challenging situations.
* Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
* Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
