What this Job Entails:
The Vendor Relationship Manager (VRM) is responsible for driving end-to-end supplier onboarding, legacy data migrations, and master data governance. This role acts as a critical bridge between internal cross-functional partners (Procurement, Funding Analysts, Vendor Managers, Tax Operations, Legal) and external suppliers to ensure transactional integrity, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, and timely invoice processing.
The VRM oversees the full supplier intake and lifecycle management process across enterprise procurement tools, custom enrollment portals, and supplier networks, ensuring all vendor profiles, banking details, tax forms (W-8/W-9), and pay site currencies align with contractual terms and internal system controls.
Scope:
Complexity: Resolves complex supplier enrollment, legal name changes, mergers, and data integrity challenges across global regions (AMER, APAC, EMEA).
System Operations: Operates across centralized ticketing queues, enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, electronic procurement portals, and contract management systems.
Autonomy: Applies established company policies and procedures to resolve enrollment blockers while exercising sound judgment on ticket prioritization, exception handling, and escalation pathways.
SLA/KPI Driven: Responsible for meeting strict Service Level Agreements (e.g., Urgent requests within 20 business days; Standard requests within 35 business days).
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Intake and manage supplier enrollment requests (New, Update, Legacy Migration, Data Clean-up) submitted via the centralized queue.
Evaluate supplier profiles to determine the appropriate enrollment path: standard procurement network registration or exception workflows (e.g., government entities, utility providers, confidential entities, or designated exception countries).
Guide Supplier Points of Contact (SPOC) through supplier registration questionnaires, tax questionnaires, and network profile linking/unlinking procedures.
Process legacy vendor migrations and re-invitation workflows through internal help desk cases.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Builds productive internal and external working relationships
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to interact with multiple levels within a company
Able to work successfully both individually as well as to contribute as a team player
Level spreadsheets and basic data analytics skills
Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Ability to meet deadlines on a consistent basis
Self-starter with ability to accept responsibility for projects and see them through to completion
Preferred Qualifications:
Telecom/data center cost experience
Physical Demand & Work Environment:

Salary Range
45,280.00 - 56,600.00 EUR (Annual)- Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
