What you will be doing:

• Continuous support on improving processes and tools while focusing on streamlining processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness and keeping the user experience as lean as possible; using digital tools and technologies
• Develop reports and other tools to deliver internal company information enabling business users to make informed decisions
• Analyzes information from multiple sources regarding potential product or technical expansion and other such business intelligence aspects
• Organize research and analytical results into concise presentations, narratives and consultative opinions to be presented and/or utilized by senior managers
• Promote the use of analytical tools and methods in the business decision making process
• Support Avnet Silica’s digital key initiatives which are defined and sponsored by the Executive Members
• Support, develop and create new ways of working while focusing on systems which are enabling Sales & FAE to be more knowledgeable at customers and are to win more designs and businesses
• Support, maintain and oversee all current and future AI tools, including ensuring timely submission, tracking and follow‑up of enhancements and feedback

What we are looking for:

• Extensive experience in electronics/semiconductors with a focus on Account Management, Field application Engineer or Business Intelligence
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of processes and software tools like SFDC, MS 365, SAP, Co-Pilot, Power Automate. Knowledge of semiconductors and supplier ecosystems, knowledge in existing Agentic AI tools.
• Mastery knowledge of industry best practices and disciplines. Considered a subject matter expert within the organization and supports and contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards
• Support solutions for highly complex and uniquely challenging situations. Assignment requires extensive evaluation of alternatives and variables. Expected to support improvements to
• Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking and Support & Training skills.
• Excellent presentation abilities to facilitate workshops and meetings
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region
