We are seeking a talented individual to join our Billing Team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office.

Operations Specialist - Broking

This position will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing activities while supporting the Fiduciary Operations team in delivering quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

We will count on you:

• Process insurance billing transactions accurately and within agreed timelines.

• Prepare and issue invoices, capture accruals, and support day-to-day billing activities.

• Review billing information to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing.

• Resolve basic billing discrepancies by working closely with internal stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and support stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, or Hong Kong, depending on business requirements.

• Contribute to the achievement of team KPIs and continuous process improvements.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, or a related discipline.

• Around 1–2 years of working experience in billing, finance operations, accounts receivable, insurance operations, or other relevant processing roles. Fresh graduates with an Insurance-related qualification may also be considered.

• Basic understanding of insurance products and billing processes is an advantage.

• Good attention to detail with the ability to process transactions accurately.

• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines, especially during month-end periods.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.

• Exposure to general insurance (non-life) products.

• Experience processing invoices or supporting billing operations in a shared services or operations environment.

• Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Willingness to support different regional teams and follow the business calendar of the assigned market
