Help shape the people experience at Team Global Express.
We’re looking for a People Business Partner – Projects to join our Freight People & Culture team in Adelaide.
This is a varied role with the opportunity to work across people projects, employee lifecycle initiatives, process improvement and separation activity, while supporting our HR Business Partners to deliver a high-quality people experience.
What you’ll do
Partner with HRBPs and leaders on key people projects and initiatives.
Lead and support separation and employee lifecycle activity.
Drive process improvement, compliance and documentation.
Help improve our HR systems, processes and employee experience.
Work across a changing business environment where no two days are the same.
What we’re looking for
Strong HR/People partnering experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
A practical, solutions-focused approach.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working autonomously.
Passion for improving processes and creating a better employee experience.
