The Outpatient PT Manager is a “hands-on” working manager that directs daily clinical operations, and pursues the business and mission goals and responsibilities. Maintain communications with physicians, clients, customers, and other health care providers; and supervises clinic / location specific departmental employees.
These responsibilities include staff scheduling and performing the Job Performance Appraisals for those PT employees in their location and serving as the daily front line supervisor for all activities and working hours of the PT operations at their clinic.
In addition, the Clinical Manager is the default clinical coordinator for all PT and PTA students and volunteers in the department.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:
Current Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license
Two years clinical experience required.
Basic Life Support Certification required
