Description
As the Business Process Owner for Fulfillment Transfer, Quality & Stock Operations, you are responsible for the end-to-end ownership of an L1 or L2 business process and underlying L3 processes including the governance, performance and continuous improvement of its associated L2 capabilities. You play a pivotal role in aligning process design with enterprise strategy, driving operational excellence and ensuring adoption through effective change management.
You act as a strategic integrator, ensuring that business requirements, technology solutions and organizational structures are seamlessly aligned. This includes leading cross-functional process design, governing process performance and being a key stakeholder in transformation programs that deliver measurable business value.
Your role and responsibilities
Strategic Process Ownership
Define and govern the strategic direction and vision for assigned L2 processes.
Design, develop and maintain to-be processes and maturity roadmaps.
Ensure integration with business strategy, digital transformation, IT and Data frameworks.
Drive specific process improvement initiatives.
Detailed Process Design & Implementation
Lead the analysis of the current (as-is) process landscape and drive the design, documentation and deployment of Level 3 (L3) processes within your Level 2 (L2) domain, ensuring alignment with the TVH North Star vision.
Translate business requirements into standardized, scalable and future-proof process designs.
Drive global process harmonization, balancing standardization with smart localization where needed.
Leverage as-is insights to ensure transparency of business impact, inform design decisions, and enable measurable process adoption.
Change Management & Adoption
Deploy change management strategy for assigned processes to ensure business readiness.
Partner with change and training teams to define impact assessments, training materials and communication plans.
Act as a change leader to ensure effective adoption and stakeholder buy-in.
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
Define and monitor process KPIs and health indicators.
Conduct root cause analysis and manage process improvement initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma or Agile.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
Act as the key business partner for Transformation Office, IT, data, compliance and operational leaders.
Represent the process domain in transformation boards and governance forums.
Manage the process governance model, RACI structures and decision-making bodies.
How to succeed / Your profile
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in business process ownership, process architecture, or transformation leadership roles.
Proven success in leading end-to-end process design and execution in global organizations.
Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR) and driving adoption at scale.
Deep expertise in process management and design methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
Strong business and strategic acumen, with an ability to balance global standards and local needs.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and cross-functional leadership skills.
Proficiency in process modeling and governance tools (Jira, LeanIX)
High comfort with technology, data integration and enterprise change initiatives.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
