Primary Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations including workspace allocation, meeting room bookings, and facility maintenance coordination
• Serve as primary liaison with building management, vendors, and service providers for cleaning, repairs, and office services
• Maintain office supplies inventory and process procurement requests within budget parameters
• Support employee needs by coordinating workspace setups, building access, parking arrangements, and responding to facility-related inquiries
• Schedule meetings and events including room reservations, AV setup, and catering coordination
• Greet visitors and manage reception duties in a professional manner
• Maintain organized records for contracts, invoices, and operational documentation
• Generate reports on office expenses and facility utilization
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
