Mission Overview:
In the context of increasing data valorization within a public service environment, structured, secure, and documented data sharing is a major strategic challenge. As a Data Analyst, you will be engaged in a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions, working on the entire data lifecycle from needs analysis to dissemination, documentation, and monitoring. You will also contribute to the application development chain by integrating data-centric principles from the design phase of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatching data requests and evaluating their relevance.
- Contacting data managers to inform them about data sharing processes.
- Drafting project plans that outline data characteristics and sharing objectives.
- Collaborating with the Metawal team to write metadata sheets.
- Analyzing the structure and content of data to assess maturity and compliance.
- Designing and documenting the diffusion model of data.
- Developing workspaces for automatic data transformation.
- Verifying compliance of data with technical specifications.
- Creating web service projects for geographic data presentation.
- Validating deliverables with data managers.
- Drafting contracts with data managers to define responsibilities.
- Creating tickets for data publication within the shared infrastructure.
- Regularly reporting to the Data Committee on progress and issues.
- Communicating updates to the communication coordinator.
- Ensuring data and metadata are kept up to date.
- Providing support to users and data managers regarding data sharing.
