Description
As Vice President Talent Acquisition leading Ecolab’s end-to-end global Talent Acquisition organization you will be responsible for shaping a modern, scalable, technology-enabled TA function that drives measurable business impact.
You will lead TA transformation at global scale and redefine how Ecolab attracts, engages, and hires talent in support of growth, innovation, and enterprise priorities. You will build a proactive, insight-led global TA organization that delivers quality hiring outcomes, strong candidate and hiring manager experiences, and fast access to top talent across all geographies.
Position Details: This role is based at Ecolab's global headquarters (EGH) in St. Paul, MN (hybrid) and reports to the SVP Global Talent.
What You Will Do:
Shape and execute a global Talent Acquisition strategy and operating model aligned to business growth, workforce plans, and enterprise priorities across Ecolab businesses, functions, and regions
Lead and develop a global TA organization and leadership team with clear accountability, strong leadership capability and succession depth (approximately 125 employees, including people leaders and specialist teams)
Own end-to-end TA spanning employer brand and recruitment marketing, sourcing, candidate and hiring manager engagement, full-cycle recruiting operations, campus recruitment, executive recruitment, and proactive pipeline development for critical talent
Oversee external and vendor partnerships supporting TA delivery, capability, and technology enablement in partnership with HRIS; ensure strong vendor performance, governance, and commercial discipline
Influence and partner with senior business, HR, and commercial leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities
Accelerate transformation by leveraging data, technology, AI and other innovative approaches to enhance hiring outcomes and organizational impact
Drive a disciplined global operating model and rhythm that delivers consistency, scale, and exceptional execution across markets
Drive consistent, high-quality recruiting outcomes globally with clear accountability for speed, quality, and experience
Establish a scalable service delivery model that improves speed, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
Strengthen demand planning, intake discipline, and prioritization with HR and business leaders to focus effort on the highest-value talent needs
Standardize TA processes, roles, and decision rights globally while preserving market flexibility where needed
Continue to build on proactive pipeline strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles, shifting TA toward a demand-led model
Drive candidate experience and offer acceptance through strong engagement, assessment, and closing practices
Embed inclusive hiring practices and pipeline expectations into TA delivery, governance, and measurement
Leverage TA technology, automation, AI and analytics to enhance decision making, recruiter productivity, funnel transparency, and user experience
Define and track KPIs and dashboards that generate insight, improve decisions, and accelerate action
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
12 years of progressive TA and/or HR leadership experience
Experience leading global or multi-region Talent Acquisition teams at scale
Demonstrated success delivering TA outcomes through operating model, process, technology and AI
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master's degree preferred
Proven success leading large, global, matrixed organizations and driving enterprise-wide impact
Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align people strategies to business priorities
High-energy change leader with a track record of building commitment, leading through transformation, and delivering measurable results
Exceptional ability to simplify complexity, create clarity, and drive execution in fast-paced environments
Trusted and inclusive leader who develops talent, builds high-performing teams, and fosters a culture of accountability and innovation
Executive presence and excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive action across all levels of the organization
