- External partner relationship cultivation and management to define new programs & business models, negotiate commercial agreements, and define & execute the go-to-market workplan
Requirements:
- 5+ years work experience in retail-focused product development, offer/channel strategy, marketing or related function
- 3+ years with financial modeling or customer margin analysis (related to above)
- Experience with energy or alternative energy products (solar, battery, EVs, VPPs, Demand Response) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in excel based modeling required, SAS/Tableau experience beneficial; willingness and ability to learn new systems as required (e.g., CRM tools)
- Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
- Requires strong sense of self-motivation, thrives under minimal supervision, excels at solving complex problems and enjoys working around obstacles
- Extensive communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with both internal and external customers (e.g., vendors, Marketing, Sales, IT, Legal, Operations, Finance)
- Demonstrate a high level of curiosity, a capacity for learning, and an aptitude for problem solving
- Able to effectively contribute to and/or lead small work groups
Key Metrics:
