Description
Working as a Software Development Manager, you will:

Lead and develop cross-functional engineering teams (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA) delivering digital transformation and automation initiatives

Define technical vision and oversee architecture design using .NET Core and cloud-native components

Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of solutions built on Azure, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools

Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, monitoring, and release processes

Drive high code quality standards through regular reviews and enforcement of architectural and security best practices

Translate business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps and contribute to pre-sales and solution design discussions

Support onboarding, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across engineering teams

Track delivery progress, monitor KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Collaborate with international stakeholders across Europe, the USA, and APAC regions

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and facilitate status meetings, retrospectives, and planning sessions
