Role Overview

This is a commercially focused Partnerships Manager role within a trading technology provider operating in capital markets and electronic trading. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with exchanges, data providers, fintech vendors, and financial institutions, playing a key role in driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams, you’ll identify partnership opportunities that enhance product distribution, deepen market presence, and create long-term commercial value across trading and market infrastructure ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across trading and fintech ecosystems

• Develop commercial partnership models, including referrals, integrations, and joint offerings

• Work closely with sales teams to support pipeline growth through partners

• Collaborate with product teams on integrations and go-to-market initiatives

• Manage ongoing partner relationships, performance, and commercial outcomes

• Represent the business in partner discussions, events, and industry forums

Required Experience

• Partnerships, alliances, or business development experience within fintech or trading technology

• Strong understanding of capital markets, electronic trading, or market infrastructure

• Commercial negotiation and relationship management skills

• Experience working with technology-led products or platforms

• Ability to engage senior stakeholders internally and externally

Nice to Have

• Experience working with exchanges, market data providers, or trading venues

• Exposure to OMS, EMS, or trading platform technologies

• SaaS or enterprise fintech background

• Existing network within capital markets or fintech
