Human Touch Home Health is looking for compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for PRN home health opportunities throughout Washington, DC.
We have patient opportunities across the District and are looking for SLPs who want the flexibility to provide meaningful one-on-one care while building a schedule that works for them.
You do NOT have to cover all of Washington, DC.
Tell us your availability and the areas you prefer to cover, and we'll work to match available patients with your preferred territory.

You choose the areas that make sense for you.
What You'll Do
-
Complete speech-language pathology evaluations in patients' homes
-
Develop individualized plans of care
-
Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
-
Provide dysphagia treatment and swallowing education as appropriate
-
Help patients improve functional communication and cognitive skills
-
Educate patients, families, and caregivers
-
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
-
Complete reassessments and discharge planning
-
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
-
Complete accurate and timely documentation using WellSky
What We're Looking For
-
Active Washington, DC Speech-Language Pathologist License Required
-
Graduate Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) Preferred
-
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patient homes
-
Strong clinical and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently in patients' homes
-
Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required
-
WellSky Experience is a Plus
