Purpose
Support and assist Relationship Managers in acquiring, onboarding, servicing and retaining clients to deliver overall business goals, managing complex client situations.
Where required liaise directly with clients regarding complex client requests in respect of various banking and servicing requirements such as onboarding, banking transactions, Investments, credit & digital solutions.
Work closely with Operations and other support functions to deliver positive outcomes for clients.
Accountabilities
Establish strong client and internal relationships alongside relationship managers to ensure high quality service is provided at all times
Responsible for all aspects of clients servicing and service engagement plans. To include leading client service review visits to support and improve client experience
Develop relationships with other areas of the bank; in doing so, they will have joint responsibility with internal colleagues for the end-to-end client experience, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Point of contact for all new account queries, complex servicing requests and a liaison between relationship teams and support/specialist teams
Ensure legal and regulatory standards and internal policies and procedures are adhered to, support relationship managers with risk related activities

Private Banking Executive | Barclays | Dublin
As a Barclays Private Banking Executive, you will play a key role in acquiring, servicing, and retaining clients to help achieve overall business objectives. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day operational matters, supporting the Private Banker in marketing products and ensuring a high standard of client service. Your contribution will directly support the delivery of the business’s targets and goals.
You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including: the Private Banker, external clients, clients’ offices or authorised third parties, internal support teams, internal advisory teams (such as Compliance, Financial Crime, and Chief Controls Office), as well as Senior Management within Private Banking and Business Delivery & Control. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to adapt communication effectively to suit different audiences. This role has no direct leadership responsibilities.
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
• APA/QFA Qualified or a commitment to achieving this qualification within the agreed timeframe.
• Experience of international Private Banking risk and control frameworks and procedures.
• Experience of regulatory issues/PB procedures, investment, fiduciary, and banking product knowledge.
• Client-facing experience in a PBE role or similar industry role, onboarding clients and operational procedures, plus lending, FX, and understanding of security requirements.
• Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of relevant changes in the marketplace, products, legislation, and regulation, and understand the implications to the role (e.g. anti-money laundering, Client Due Diligence & KYC). The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate integrity and adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
Desirable Skills/Preferred Qualifications:
• Fluency in Italian would be a plus.
• Degree qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive and self-motivated attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-focused approach.

This role is based in Dublin.
This role is deemed as a Controlled Function role under the Central Bank of Ireland Fitness and Probity Regulations and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
Entry Salary: €47,000.00
Upper Salary: €56,500.00
The entry and upper salary information above includes only annual full-time equivalent base salary and represents the typical range of pay for the role. The actual pay rate will reflect the responsibility level of the role and experience level of the individual. The entry and upper salary information does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
