Bartender Lalla Grill Marina Promenade
Pay: $16.90-17.90 per hour, plus tips and tip-out share.
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available.
Shifts: Evening shifts only. Availability required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

Lalla Grill at the Promenade in Marina offers a casual upscale dining experience with craft cocktails, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere.
We’re looking for experienced and motivated bartenders to join our team. This role helps create a welcoming bar atmosphere while delivering excellent service and high-quality beverages to our guests.
You’ll report directly to the General Manager and Bar Manager and work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain drink quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient guest service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Follow bar standards, procedures, and service expectations.
- Verify guest IDs and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
- Support opening and closing duties.
- Uphold sanitation, safety, and health department standards.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of bartending experience, with strong cocktail knowledge and a positive attitude.
- Professional, reliable, and guest-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work evening shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, plus holidays as needed.
- Valid Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification or ability to obtain after hire.
- Food Handler Card or ability to obtain after hire.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
